Small groups of 3-8 clients , sessions of 45 minutes, trainning outdoors or your house.

 Wellness Coaching

Coaching sessions can be done over the phone or face to face. During these sessions you will come up with goals regarding your life style and the coach will support you in finding solutions to your challenges.

 Life Style Lasting Change

A combination, twice a week small group training and one personal coaching call a week.
